Shibori hoodies are back in a revamped design.  I redrafted the pattern for a better fit, and chose new fabric.  These hoodies are sewn out of organic interlock, a thick, double knit fabric that is sure to keep you cozy through colder months.  After I cut out the pieces from black fabric, I fold and compress the sleeves and hood and place them into a discharge bath, which releases the black dye and creates the stripes.  Due to the nature of handmade, each hoodie will have it's own unique stripe variations.

My last art show of the season is next weekend!  I will have a batch of hoodies with me, at Handmade Holiday at  Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, 2408 Owenby Street, Richmond, VA.  I'll be vending both days, December 2 and 3rd.  If you can't wait, find the hoodies listed at www.oneroomfibers.com.
